Savans Farmacie Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the online platform "supplements.ng" through which we provide food and medication supplements, medicines, consultations, recommendations related to supplements, medicines, medical devices, and related products.
Savans Farmacie Limited is committed to providing high-quality medications, supplements, and, where necessary or applicable, in accordance with the laws governing the practice of pharmacy in Nigeria, health-related services.
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
By using this platform, you confirm that:

Customers may request account deletion from their account settings. The first deletion request must be confirmed before it takes effect.
Once confirmed, the account is deactivated immediately. The account remains recoverable for 14 days, and signing in again during that period reactivates it.

Customer-initiated order cancellation must be confirmed before it is completed. Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled online.
