Do you deliver supplements across Nigeria?
Yes, we deliver health and fitness supplements nationwide to any state in Nigeria. We also deliver to some other countries outside Nigeria. You can contact support for more information.

Delivery times vary by location, but orders within Lagos are delivered within 24 hours while orders to other cities in Nigeriaare delivered within 3-5 business days. Do you deliver supplements to other countries outside Nigeria and how long does it take?
Yes, we deliver supplements to other countries outside Nigeria. Delivery times vary by location, but international deliveries typically take about 5-10 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time. You will receive updates as soon as your order is made and you can track your order or know your estimated delivery date via your dashboard or app.
Do international delivery fees include import duties and taxes?
No. The international delivery fee shown at checkout covers shipping only. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and similar destination-country fees are not included and, where applicable, are paid separately by the customer.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For health and safety reasons, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective items. Please contact support shortly after delivery.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account settings. The request must be confirmed before it takes effect. Once confirmed, the account is deactivated immediately, remains recoverable for 14 days, and can be reactivated by signing in again during that grace period.
