Savans Farmacie Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating the online platform "supplements.ng", provides delivery of supplements, medicines, and related products within Nigeria and to selected international destinations.
We use approved third-party delivery partners to fulfil eligible orders. Delivery options shown at checkout depend on your destination, the items in your cart, and service availability at the time of order.
2. Delivery Coverage
We offer the following delivery coverage:
- Nationwide delivery across Nigeria, subject to service availability in your area
- International delivery to selected countries supported by our delivery partners
Some products may not be eligible for international shipping because of product restrictions, carrier limitations, or destination-country import rules.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Lagos: 1-3 business days
- Other major cities: 2-5 business days
- Remote areas: 3-7 business days
- International orders: typically 5-10 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary based on destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and carrier network conditions.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size or weight
- Delivery method or service level, where applicable
For international orders, the delivery charge displayed at checkout covers the shipping service quoted by our delivery partners only.
International delivery charges do not include destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or similar government or border-related charges. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected separately by the relevant authorities or logistics partner.
6. Delivery Partners
We use third-party logistics providers to handle local and international shipments.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Logistics providers
- Customs inspections, border clearance, or destination-country import procedures
- Weather or external conditions
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
7. Order Tracking
Where supported by the selected delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Delivery may fail if:
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided
- The recipient is unavailable
- Required recipient or customs information for international delivery is incomplete or inaccurate
- The shipment is restricted or rejected under destination-country rules
In such cases:
- Redelivery may be attempted
- Additional delivery, storage, return-to-origin, or handling charges may apply
9. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect orders upon delivery.
Any issues, including damage, tampering, missing items, or incorrect items, should be reported within 48 hours for orders delivered in Nigeria and within 72 hours for international orders.
